Summary: We were 2 adults and 2 kids and stayed in a room with 2 twin beds and a bunk bed. There was ample space, including a full kitchenette. The room was clean and comfortable. There is even a coin laundry in the lobby which we utilized. The neighborhood was safe with a convenience store 30 feet away, a McDonald's 2 mins walk away and a subway stop too. The only negative was that alothough the property is close to the subway, due to the geographic size of Tokyo, it will take a good 30-45 mins to reach many of the touristy sites.
